The principle of Spiritual Gifts - The Body of Christ Week 13

In this session we look at the foundational principle of Spiritual Gifts. We see their purpose and how they are designed to operate in the body of Christ. Many have made Spiritual Gifts to be the final destination or the end point. However spiritual Gifts in and of themselves are not the purpose, but rather serve a greater purpose, and should work freely and beautifully within the body of Christ. Join us as we examine this awesome dynamic of how the Father works within the body of Christ.

Recap Points

  1. The Spirit of God speaks, and everyone must hear the Spirit of God, so they can manifest their gift. (1 Corinthians 12:1 & 2)

  3. You are both the body of Christ, as well as an individual member of the body. (1 Corinthians 12:27) (1 Corinthians 12:11)

  4. The Gifts of the Spirit are not reserved for a select few. (1 Corinthians 12:6  & 7)
